It's an unusual feeling

to actually write down my thoughts. I was reading about Attila the Hun in
the morning today and it was interesting to note that while the Romans used
to try and note down everything, the Huns used to say that the most
important things are too precious to be noted down and should instead be
passed from generation to generation only through the oral tradition.
I have been a writer for a long time now, but it has only been about
technology, and as Gopkiran once said, it's difficult to be passionate about
wires and RJ-45 jacks.
Writing down thoughts leaves me with a weird feeling - and I can see that my
flow of thoughts is hampered by my attempts to note them down. No matter, I
expect this habit to discipline my thoughts and inform them in, I hope, a
beneficial manner.
